This movie is not about Jim Morrison. Ray Manzarek said that it is about a Oliver Stone in leather pants. Mythologizing the sixties is the goal of the author. Morrison is portrayed like a narcissist rock idle and a vacuous and stupid junkie, without any sense of humor or flesh of intelligence. where is the sensible performer, poet and man who changed the story of rock music with some epic songs as "The end", "When the music is over", "L.A. Woman", "Riders on the storm" and "The soft parade"? Enjoy the music but don't trust the story.
