For Joe (Dolph Lundgren), ex-biker turned musician, an unexpected gig will change the course of his life forever. A former California biker, Joe has spent the last ten years of his life as a rock and roll drummer for the band C.M.F. Finally, after years of hard work on the road, in clubs all over Europe, they're about to make the big time. His band has been signed as the opening act for beautiful but temperamental American pop star Venus (Melissa Smith). Their opening date: an internationally televised charity pop concert in the heart of Moscow.
Joe's band races through their set to standing ovations. His band goes out to party afterward but Joe sticks around. He and Venus have grown just a little too attached and he stays to see her perform. But the concert crashes and burns shortly after Venus takes the stage at Moscow Arena.
Armed mercenaries attack in a bloody, brutal assault. Within minutes, all Russian Security Forces (F.S.B.) agents and some audience members lay dead or dying. Pop star Venus, her full band and American ambassador Bradley are among the hostages. But the prize captives are extremely popular Russian President Alexander Petrov (Hristo Shopov) and his two teenage daughters, Anna (Ida Lundgren) and Yana.
But merc leader Kazov (Dave Legeno) hasn't counted on ex-badass biker turned rock & roller Joe.
