It's Fun Day at Pontypandy. Elvis is in charge of the barbecue, Penny is doing her keep fit demonstrations and Dilys Price is providing the 'Hook a Duck Pool' and 'Coconut Shies'. Naught Norman Price and his friend Mandy are having lots of fun chasing Wooly, Norman's pet lamb, who keeps escaping.
Fireman Sam and his bright red fire engine, Jupiter, are called to a flood at Dily's shop. Sam has to rescue Norman trapped hand, help catch Wooly and extinguish a fire. Will the Fun Day ever happen?
