So what is the Shape Challenge? Well, with the help of my fitness instructor, the Shape Challenge has been put together to help you get into shape at home.
The workout includes 6 sections as follows:
- Warm Up.
- Shape Circuit 1.
- Shape Circuit 2.
- Resistance Workout.
- Core Training.
- Cool Down.
If you're pushed for time you can just do one section in fifteen minutes (but don't forget to always do the Warm Up and Cool Down sections)...or if you are feeling very energetic.
