Mizz Snoots is the shopkeeper of Horrods. She is also probably the neatest monster in Monstro City.
When you enter her shop she says, "Greetings. What can I get you?" "Good day. Monsters are my business and business is good!" She looks like a young child on her friend's birthday although she's much, much older than you might think. She is a purple monster and has a green beak but bright blue eyes. She has short, green hair and two antennas. She also always wears a polka-dotted dress with a matching bow. Only members can enter the deluxe shop HORRODS! She was entered in the best shop contest and most Monsters voted for her.
Build a Moshi Zoo just like in the online game! Each pack in this fun series contains a Monster and two Moshlings, and each playset connects to the others to expand your zoo. You can also use Mega Bloks with other leading construction brick brands.
