Good but there is better - pretty much nails it
Christabel Zamor has found a good market nieche for an inexpensive product (that is easy to market because everybody knows it already) to put her name on and still market a century old childs tool as "the next hype that will get you fit".
And she might be right - if you get to it!
Hooping is a playful way for couch potatoes to get in touch with there former- (and hopeful waist-size-smaller) childhood.
And there is almost no one who has not had a hoop on his/her hips.
So well you might have to get into it again. And yes as Christabel states: "a beginner will profit the most from this DVD"...because he's the lame-ass who will see the most changes if he gets his lump off the couch 2-3 times a week (please for at least 20min).
But that is were it ends?
Nope...Christabel is also right with "you will get a good feeling about your body moving and learn to express yourself in a dancing fashion".
And believe it or not, something you learn when you play (e.g. self portraing or even sexy body movements) stick to your persona in real live!
So hoop dancing might even change your posture and overall attractiveness in real live!
But please - do not expect to get her body by just hooping. YOU GOTTA DROP THAT BURGER!
