Maybe I'm not the best person to write a review for this - I'm not a fan of euros, or games where the theme is lacking. And the theme really doesn't come across here. I rather liked the way actions were being limited, which made the planning of actions quite interesting. It does require a lot of thinking about how you're going to make your next three or four turns, so you often have to focus on what you're doing rather than what your opponents are doing. So this game can be really quite independent from the other players - somewhat like a race.
