To sum, the game plays very fast (~10 minutes), and is intense (almost a cut-throat atmosphere), dynamic and fun. It's a great filler and definitely a good value for money. Last time we started playing it, we played 5 times in a row, and could go longer.
The rules and the setup are simple, however the game cannot be played without strategic thinking and long-term planning (so it's not the best choice for tired minds). Each player plays one card in his turn, which makes the fame flow quickly. The cards could be nasty and with a single card your opponent could destroy the very mechanism which was supposed to guarantee a win.
The card quality is good. The design is very geeky, but also nostalgic for everyone who got to use MS DOS.
