If you belive the catchphrase on the cover,you are delusional
But there is one reason why I gave this 3 stars:
Do it - but do it all!
There is no 10 Minute Solution - this is a flatout marketing lie in your face
But what Kelly Roberts actually teaches in all of the 50 minutes combined, truly may change your body and life. (Still keeping in mind you stop to binge yourself and eat a healthy nutrient-rich diet)
The explanations are well done. The movements are apt and well portraied by Kelly. The introduction of weights keeps you going with this program even after the 50min seem like a jolly walk in the park to you and add to the muscle-structure that lets you burn more fat.
Do not even think a second: "I'll start with 10min - that's good enough - and maybe later I'll.."
Just look in the mirror, take a picture of yourself and get going! And in 6 months - take another picture and enjoy...or still be "maybe later..." the rest of your life.
