ok let's forget "..designed for busy people to get fit and stay fit, fast." in 15min? no way
But actually what Jenny and Wayne portray is a perfectly solid profound assembly of training routines.
Take them and make use of them. Do the 15min twice or take one of their other DVD's and combine for a prolongated workout.
The DVD is well made..perhaps a bit fast paced for an untrained couchpotatoe..but as you get closer to perfection you will get somewhere.
Well maybe not where these two are, with only 15min a day. You would have to have a perfect balanced diet for that (and show me you can have 4-6 meals a day like a PRO as the busy business(wo)man you are and whom this program is designed for...right.)
See this DVD as a clue to more routines and ideas of adding variety to your overall training...never as a substitute or "the solution that will do it"
