I'm gonna leave a TL;DR here - It's Skyrim on the Switch, simple.
One of the good things I love about playing this on the Switch is the optional motion control aiming, a drawback though is the motion controlled attacking and blocking, I don't know why but it's so un-responsive to the point that you might as well be using a stick to press the buttons, that would work better than the motion attacks.
Though, again, it's optional, which I love, so you don't have to use them at all.
One thing that's annoying is the fact that it doesn't have mods, I would've given this a 5 if it had mod support, but it doesn't, and hopefully Bethesda decide to add mods soon so I can enjoy the game even more than normal.
A few things like skill progression seems to have changed though, levelling up seems easier, skill progression seems harder to get and I just feel like there are some minor things that have been changed just to make the game harder or better, though that might just be me.
So basically, it's Skyrim, but I can actually aim at people on a console now and I have a chance at archery.
