Spyfall is a fantastic party game! In it, every player receives a location card (all the same) except one player gets a card that just says spy. So the game works in that a player will then ask another player a question that is related to the location cards. The player who was asked the question has to answer it. If the other players are satisfied with the answer (so that they think that the person does know what the location card is), then asked player gets to asked another player a question, and so on. This goes on until time runs out or when someone answers the question in a way that raises suspicion that they do not know what the location card is. Players can then accuse people of being spies if they are not satisfied with answers given. If all others agree then the round is over, and the accused has to review their player card. If the spy is revealed, everyone else wins, if not the spy wins. The game is a very simple one, that many people of all ages will really enjoy. It really is quite creative, as players think of questions and answer that will not be too obvious that will tip of the spy as to what the location is, or as the spy trying to figure out the location. A great party game that will fill the room with laughter!

What a great social deduction game! There are ~30 locations. If you're a spy, you're trying to figure out what location everyone is at. If you're not a spy, you need to find the spy. You do this by asking a question and receiving an answer. The answerer then gets to ask the next person a question. At any time, a person can accuse someone of being a spy (requires majority vote to succeed), or the spy can guess the location. Now, it does come with a point scoring system. But frankly I nor anyone I know keeps track of the points. It's not that sort of game. It gets people thinking about how to communicate to someone to check if they know the location, but in a subtle way so the spy can't work out where you're at. And then sometimes you're throwing out bizzare questions/answers to trip up the person you think is the spy - but then others might suspect you as the spy because of the oddity of the question/answer. Be too specific, and you give away too much info. Be too vague, and you look like the spy. A short 8min game, some roleplaying, with very few rules. I've played this with a 6 yr old (who absolutely trounced us with some of her very clever answers or questions) and adults, and it works with both. Definitely worth getting if you enjoy social deduction games
