The Outer Worlds is a masterpiece of writing and design! Exploring capitalist settlements as a defrosted Earthian trying to make sense of the new world in front of you with The Board looming over your head made for a very impactful and exciting experience.
The rpg elements of the game allow you to choose your own dialog to build up your character's influence on the factions around you and decide whether you want to follow the path of a free-spirited rebel or corporate-loving enforcer. It could be as funny and enthralling as it was intriguing to be able to see how your actions affect the progress of work and revolution around you. Not to mention the ragtag band of locals you scooped up along the way and adopted into your crew getting to watch you make their wildest dreams come true or walk around shooting and looting everything in sight.
Obsidian did everything right with Outer Worlds. From the world-building to the witty writing and the complex chain of consequences your actions have on the story. An absolute gem of a game I hope we continue to see more of in future.

This game is truly amazing! No crashes at any point and the plot is really intriguing. I was missing a kind of Fallout game so much that when this went out I was very eager to try it, and now I am really into it! Can't wait to see where the story goes, but until now I am really enjoying it!

The Outer Worlds brings back classic RPG gaming back to the current gen. It has long branching dialogue, multiple endings, a branching storyline and companions are actually useful this time.
The environments while beautiful are not as free roaming as Fallout or Skyrim but the solid story and quests make up for that. It feels like Fallout New Vegas in space but it has skmething unique to TOW. Also is doesn't crash.
