I took a risk on this one because of the price. I must say I was largely disappointed. The artwork is nothing to write home about. It all feels a bit too cartoonish for the survival theme that it seems to be trying to capture. The gameplay wasn't too bad, but the items you find in the cabin are often overpowered. You quickly find you can run around the board, hide from zombies, and so on - not once, but on every turn. I also found it rather easy to beat the game - it felt like there was very little challenge. The cooperative element feels a bit pasted on - for the most part, you're pretty much wandering around by yourself. The cooperative element comes from the sense that everyone, working independently, is working toward the same goal.
And then the components. They are not great quality. The draw bag feels cheap, the stands for the walls often fall off, the cards are thin, the box lid is far too tightly fitted, and it feels cheap. And in a first, it has decided to advertise other games from their publisher on all sides of the box.
On the plus side, there are many variants to gameplay. But I really don't have much in the way of positives to add here
